Application Research on Link Management in Quality Management of Nursing Records in Neonatology Department

摘　　要：Objective: to improve the quality of nursing medical records of neonatal pediatrics and reduce the incidence of errors through link management. Methods: 300 cases of neonatal medical records from January to December 2021 were selected for this study. The 150 medical records from January to June were used as the control group;From July to December, 150 medical records were carried out in the link management mode. As the experimental group, the final medical record management quality was compared. Results: the defect of medical records in the experimental group was less than that in the control group, the completeness rate of medical records was higher than that in the control group, and the times of nursing medical records modification and the time of medical records improvement were less than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: link management has greatly improved the quality of medical records, which is worth using.
