Observation on the Effect of Anti-tuberculosis Plate Combination Drug in the Treatment of Pulmonary Tuberculosis

摘　　要：Objective: to analyze the effect of anti tuberculosis plate combination drugs in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods: 62 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis (March November 2021) were randomly selected and divided into two groups by double blind method. The control group was treated with conventional anti tuberculosis drugs, and the observation group was treated with anti tuberculosis plate combination drugs. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results: the sputum negative conversion rates of 80.64%, 90.32% and 100.00% in the observation group in January, February and May were higher than those of 54.83%, 64.51% and 83.87% in the control group (χ2 values were 4.723, 5.904 and 5.438, p values were 0.029, 0.015 and 0.019);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 12.90% higher than that in the control group (6.45%) (χ2 value was 0.738, p value was 0.390);After treatment, the scores of fever, cough, fatigue, expectoration and chest pain in the observation group were (1.42 ± 0.37) points, (1.24 ± 0.95) points, (1.61 ± 0.34) points, (1.29 ± 0.23) points and (1.34 ± 0.49) points lower than those in the control group (2.24 ± 0.56) points, (2.17 ± 0.67) points, (2.47 ± 0.56) points, (2.32 ± 1.24) points and (2.67 ± 0.82) points (p value is 0.000);The effective absorption rate and recurrence rate of the focus in the observation group were 93.54% and 9.68%, which were better than 74.19% and 35.48% in the control group (χ2 values were 4.292 and 5.904, p values were 0.038 and 0.015);The pulmonary function index and quality of life score in the observation group were better than those in the control group after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion: the clinical symptoms of pulmonary tuberculosis can be improved effectively by using anti tuberculosis plate combination drugs.
