摘　　要：Objective: to summarize 21 cases of herpes zoster neuralgia patients nursing experience. Methods: select our hospital from February 2021 to January 2022,21 cases of herpes herpetic neuralgia patients with health education, drug care, physical care, psychological care, diet care, and led by nurse multidisciplinary collaborative pain management mode. Results: effectively relieve pain, during hospitalization, after discharge follow-up, pain obvious. Conclusion: the implementation of pain care, effectively reduce pain, improve the quality of life of patients is of great significance.
