Effect of Holistic Nursing Intervention Based on Nursing Procedure on Intestinal Function Recovery and Pain Degree after Thoraco-lumbar Spinal Fracture

摘　　要：Objective: to investigate the effect of holistic nursing intervention based on nursing procedure on postoperative patients with thoracolumbar spinal fracture. Methods: 90 cases were selected. The group was e group (45 cases, routine nursing) and F group (45 cases, holistic nursing intervention based on nursing procedure). The nursing effects were compared. Results: the recovery of intestinal function in group F was significantly better than that in Group E (P<0.05);After nursing, the VAS score of group F was lower than that of group E, and the JOA score and BI score of group F were higher than that of group E (P < 0.05);Complication rate: Group F (2 cases, 4.44%) < Group E (8 cases, 17.78%), P < 0.05 nursing satisfaction: Group F (43 cases, 95.56%) > Group E (36 cases, 80.00%), P < 0.05;Comparison of SF-36 scores between groups before nursing in group F (P > 0.05);The quality of life was significantly improved after different nursing interventions, and the scores of SF-36 in group F were significantly higher than those in Group E (P < 0.05). Conclusion the application of holistic nursing intervention based on nursing procedure in patients with thoracolumbar spine fracture after operation can promote the postoperative rehabilitation of patients, reduce pain, and improve patients nursing satisfaction.
