Analysis of Clinical Effects of Different Surgical Methods in the Treatment of Angle-closure Glaucoma Complicated with Cataract

摘　　要：Objective: To analyze the effect of different surgical methods in the treatment of angle-closure glaucoma (cataract). Methods: During the research period from March 1, 2020 to January 1, 2022, 80 patients with angle-closure glaucoma (with cataract) were selected and studied in Zhaotong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. According to the order of admission, they were divided into operation reference group (40 cases, phacoemulsification+posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation+trabeculectomy) and operation test group (40 cases, phacoemulsification+posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation). Results: After treatment, the intraocular pressure, angle adhesion and complication rate of the patients with angle-closure glaucoma (cataract) in the operation experimental group were lower than those in the operation reference group, with significant differences between groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the surgical visual acuity of the patients with angle-closure glaucoma (cataract) in the surgical experimental group was higher than that in the surgical reference group, with significant difference between groups (P < 0.05).
