摘　　要：The dielectric loss and capacitance test of the transformer can effectively find out whether the transformer is damp, and the insulation is aging, and the oil quality is deteriorating. The insulation is stuck with oil, and serious local faults. This paper introduces the importance of measuring dielectric loss factor and capacitance of transformer, various factors affecting measurement and corresponding measures, matters needing attention in measurement and analysis of some problems.
