Clinical Analysis of Hysteroscopic Electrotomy for Submucous Hysteromyoma

摘　　要：Objective: to analyze the effect of hysteroscopic electrotomy on submucous hysteromyoma. Methods: from January 2021 to December 2021, 20 patients with submucous myoma in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (10 cases) and observation group (10 cases). The control group was treated by traditional open surgery, and the observation group was treated by hysteroscopic electrotomy. The surgical effects of the two groups were compared. Results: the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. The operation time, postoperative exhaust time, postoperative ambulation time, hospitalization time and intraoperative blood loss in observation group were shorter than those in control group. Postoperative complications in the observation group were less than those in the control group;0.5 h, 6 h, 12 h and 24 h after operation, the scores of HVAS in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group. Treatment satisfaction was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: for patients with submucous myoma of uterus, hysteroscopic electrotomy can obtain more remarkable curative effect, and it has higher safety, fewer complications and lower pain, which has positive effect on improving the quality of life of patients.
