Study on the Effects and Adverse Effects of Statins and Cardiovascular Drugs for Coronary Heart Disease on Blood Lipid Indexes

摘　　要：Objective: to combine statin and cardiovascular drugs in patients with coronary heart disease, and observe the changes of blood lipid index and side effects. Methods: from January 2021 to January 2022, 80 cases of CHD (CHD) of patients were randomly selected and divided into reference group (cardiovascular drug) and control group (cardiovascular drug + statin), and 40 patients were closely monitored. Results: quality of life score, occurrence of adverse reactions, blood lipid level, probability and degree of abnormal liver and kidney function, and satisfaction were all better than the control group. Results: the experimental group was higher than the quality of life and total satisfaction of the reference group, and the odds of blood lipid level, the occurrence of adverse reactions and abnormal liver and kidney function were significantly lower, and the data were different (p <0.05). Conclusion: drug combination treatment for CHD patients is conducive to the improvement of the application effect, and should be vigorously promoted.
