摘　　要：The financial management of an enterprise is the premise of its operation. In order to better integrate into the operation of the enterprise, the financial department must make a reasonable allocation of all kinds of information, and report to the management, so that it is closely connected with the operation of the enterprise, and thus promote the business decision-making of the enterprise. In addition, in the process of enterprise development, management accounting and financial accounting are the core of enterprise development. In order to achieve sustainable development, it must be combined with the financial management of the enterprise. The financial management of an enterprise is the premise of its operation. In order to better integrate into the operation of the enterprise, the financial personnel should reasonably allocate the operating conditions of the enterprise and report to the managers, so as to promote the close contact between the enterprise and the business activities of the enterprise, and thus improve the level of business decision-making of the enterprise.
