摘　　要：In the pharmaceutical field, it is often required to cultivate new high-skilled and high-quality talents with rich professional basic knowledge and strong practical ability. Therefore, the training of pharmaceutical majors in higher vocational colleges is particularly important. For students practice and training, schools and related enterprises have done a lot of research in the past period of time, forming a relatively perfect practice and training system, but there are still many deficiencies. In view of this, this paper studies a new way and method, taking the complexity of the combination model of theory and practice as the research perspective, and focuses on changing the current single training model in the practice teaching of higher vocational colleges, forming a set of systematic and perfect training guidance scheme, in order to better serve the students practice and training.
