摘　　要：At present, with the increasing emphasis on physical education in China, colleges and universities have made further scientific and reasonable plans for the teaching content and system of physical education courses. Among them, in the teaching of physical education courses in higher vocational colleges, teachers in higher vocational colleges must also deepen the new concept of the integration of physical education and teaching, realize the innovation and reform of the physical education course mode in higher vocational colleges, explore and design a physical education course teaching system more suitable for students in the new era, build an ideal course mode, and realize the rapid development of the integration of physical education and teaching in higher vocational colleges. The integration of physical education and teaching is an important means to improve the quality of physical education in higher vocational colleges. Table tennis is deeply loved by most students, but it requires a learning process to master table tennis technology. In skill learning, demonstration actions are crucial. A good demonstration action can arouse students strong interest in learning and skill mastery. However, for various reasons in higher vocational schools, the demonstration and explanation actions of physical education teachers are not perfect. However, it is easier for senior professional table tennis coaches and athletes to teach students technical movements through their demonstration actions and their own experience of explanation. This requires the comprehensive implementation of the education policy of sports and education integration, and the adoption of "please come in and go out". Only by allowing more professional coaches and athletes to enter the campus, changing the teaching mode, innovating the education methods, and creating clubs, can we truly improve the quality of education and cultivate more and better craftsmen from large countries for the country.
