摘　　要：In the implementation of primary school PE teaching, the implementation of track and field class teaching can greatly promote the development of students physical and mental quality. This course has a very high value and significance of physical exercise. From the perspective of teaching situation, because the teaching method of track and field sports is boring, this course is no longer the teaching method that students like. Therefore, in order to effectively cultivate students healthy physical fitness and enhance students interest in track and field courses, we should take effective measures to carry out track and field courses. How to carefully design the teaching content, scientifically control the teaching methods, means and curriculum resources to achieve the teaching goals, so that the track and field classroom really become a paradise for pupils to develop and exercise. This is most primary school PE teachers to face the topic.
