Analysis on the Effect of Clinical Drugs on Angina Pectoris in Cardiovascular Department

摘　　要：Objective: to analyze the value of medical intervention on angina pectoris in cardiovascular department. Methods: 80 patients were selected from January 2019 to February 2021 for analysis within the time range of the study. All patients were diagnosed as angina pectoris and included in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine. They were divided into two groups. The grouping method was random number table. After the grouping was completed, 40 patients in the reference group were given routine treatment. A total of 40 patients in the research group were treated with clopidogrel. For both groups of patients, 8 weeks of treatment was completed, and the subsequent evaluation covered the curative effect, angina attack, coagulation index and adverse reactions. Results: the total effective rate of the research group was significantly higher than that of the reference group (p < 0.05). After the treatment, the time and frequency of angina attack in the research group were lower than those in the reference group (P < 0.05). In comparison of platelet aggregation rate, the research group was lower than the reference group, while in comparison of thrombin time between the two groups, the research group was longer than the reference group, p < 0.05;After 8 weeks of treatment, LVESD and LVEDD in the research group were significantly lower than those in the reference group, while LVEF was higher than that in the reference group (P < 0.05). There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the research group and the reference group (P > 0.05). Conclusion: clopidogrel combined with basic drug therapy can improve the overall therapeutic effect, relieve the symptoms of angina pectoris and improve the cardiac function of patients.
