摘　　要：From the analysis of current ecological environment, the problems of soil erosion and water pollution are very serious. Although the treatment has been carried out all the time, the results achieved are not as good as expected, or the long-term effect is not significant. The development of these two problems also has a certain impact on the development of the country, society and economy, so it is necessary to continuously strengthen the management of water resources. Soil and water conservation measures play a key role. Facing the new development situation, relevant departments need to constantly improve the application of soil and water conservation measures and strengthen the implementation of soil and water conservation work, so as to improve the level of water resources management.
