摘　　要：Food safety is related to social development and peoples vital interests. Pesticide residues in agricultural products will do great harm to consumers health, so it is necessary to do a good job in the detection of pesticide residues in food. Among them, GC-MS has a good application effect, high detection efficiency, and high accuracy of the detection results. Due to the rapid development of agricultural ecology, Chinas agricultural development output has increased steadily. In the demand-side reform of food problems, it is necessary to carry out the detection of food pesticide residues with a scientific and reasonable attitude. This paper will discuss the related problems of its application in food pesticide residues from the related characteristics of GC-MS.
