Clinical Observation of Phacoemulsification and Intraocular Lens Implantation Combined with Nourishing Yin and Tonifying Kidney for Cataract

摘　　要：Objective: to observe and analyze the clinical value of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with nourishing yin and tonifying kidney in the treatment of cataract. Methods: 100 cases of cataract patients admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2021 were randomly divided into study group and control group with 50 cases in each group. The clinical efficacy, perioperative vision, perioperative vision, perioperative side effects, complications and prognosis of the two groups of patients were observed. Results: in the evaluation of curative effect after treatment, compared with the control group, the eye pressure and vision of the observation group were significantly reduced, and the perioperative side effects of the observation group were less. The early postoperative prognosis evaluation results showed that the vision-related quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, while the anterior chamber depth was larger, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: through discussion, it is found that phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with nourishing yin and tonifying kidney method is of outstanding value in improving the curative effect, promoting the improvement of intraocular pressure and visual acuity, reducing the adverse reactions during the perioperative period and improving the effect of early prognosis, which is worthy of development. It has positive effects in improving therapeutic effect, improving intraocular pressure and vision level, and reducing adverse reactions during the perioperative period.
