Object To discuss the main risk factors of intracerebral hemorrhages(ICH) caused by antithrombotic therapy, such as antiplatelet drugs and anticoagulants,in ischemic strokes'patients. Methods All patients were assigned to three groups.Group 1 was the ICH patients after ischemic stroke,Group 2 was the spontaneous ICH patients in hospitals during the same time and Group 3 was the patients without ICH treated by the oral anticoagulants and antiplatet drugs after ischemic strokes.Their ages, gender, blood pressure, diabetes, the time of previous cerebral ischemia, anticoagulants and antiplatelet drugs, the time of taking medicines and parameters of hemostasis were analyzed. Results Compared Group 1 with Group 2,Group 1 had more patients with ischemic disease history. While compared Group 1 with Group 3,the age was older, the times of ischemic disease history was more, blood pressure was high, the time of taking drugs was shorter, the number of platelet was decreased and the time of PT and TT was prolonged in the patients of Group 1.Conclusion The main risk factors of intracerebral hemorrhages(ICH) are the antithrombotic therapy in ischemic strokes'patients. The anticoagulants and antiplatelet drugs aren't used excessively,it will reduce the occurrence of ICH.
