摘　　要：警察战术是大练兵活动的一项重要内容,也是“抓基层、打基础,苦练基本功”的具体体现。警察战术训练是在教官和学员共同参与下,相互合作与互动的过程,是以提高学员整体素质和战斗力为目标,目的在于培养学员在警务实战中的团队精神和战术思想以及克敌制胜的警务技能。Policing tactical training is a very important part of the 'Police Drill Action activities and such ideas as targeted training of the police officers working at the grass-root units and practicing hard in basic skills' are also truly embodied in the tactical training.The police tactical drilling needs a joint participation of both trainers and trainees.This cooperative and interactive process aims at enhancing the quality and combat effectiveness of the entire police forces.The police trainees can increase their team sprits and understand the tactical ideology in these police practicing activities.Some policing skills which can help the police officers to defeat the criminals and be victorious are learnt.
