平菇母种培养基优化研究

摘　　要：本文采用L9(34)正交试验设计,以菌丝的长速、长势、干重为检验指标,研究了葡萄糖、蛋白胨、酵母粉、硫酸镁、磷酸二氢钾的不同用量比例对平菇菌种的影响,经过试验分析,确定了平菇母种培养基各组分的最佳用量比例,从中筛选出最适合平菇菌种生长的四因素组合。In this paper,using orthogonal experiment designed to speed the long hyphae,growing,testing indicators for the dry weight were studied glucose,peptone,yeast powder,magnesium sulfate,potassium dihydrogen phosphate ratio of the amount of different species of P.ostreatus,after test analysis to deter-mine the species of P.ostreatus mother components of the medium the best ratio of the amount,which selected the most suitable for the growth of P.ostreatus species composition of the four factors.
