多层螺旋CT在胃癌诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨多层螺旋CT在胃肿瘤诊断中的价值。方法:采用低张水充盈法螺旋CT平扫及增强扫描并多平面重建共检测26例胃肿瘤患者,并与胃镜及手术病理结果对照比较。结果:多层螺旋CT对进展期胃癌的检出率100.00%,确诊率96.15%(25/26);增强扫描对胃癌的TNM分期能做出明确的诊断。结论:多层螺旋CT对胃肿瘤的诊断价值较高,胃癌的术前分期首选螺旋CT增强扫描。Objective:To explore the value of multi-slice spiral computed tomography(MSCT) in the diagnosis of gastric cancer.Methods:Twenty-six cases of plain CT,enhancement CT scanning and multiplanar reconstruction after the stomach becomes low tense and full of water contrast with the results of gastroscope and operation pathology.Results:The rate of MSCT examination about the advancing gastric carcinoma was 100.00% and it achieved 96.15%(25/26) to make a definite diagnosis enhancement CT scan was better than any other ways in diagnosing the TNM-classification of gastric carcinoma.Conclusions:The value of MSCT in examing gastroma is very high and enhancement MSCT scan is the best way in the definite of TNM-classification in gastric carcinoma before operation.
