摘 要:运用宏观检查、微观分析及断口分析、痕迹分析等分析技术和手段,并结合与拉伸断口的对比分析:对造成飞机货舱门密封胶条断裂脱出的失效性质、原因和机理进行了研究。结果表明:飞机货舱门密封胶条的断裂性质为疲劳断裂;因舱门关闭时前下角处卡滞有货物紧固带,使舱门下部存在间隙,在飞行中舱内、外压力差值作用和气流影响下,密封胶条受到了沿长度方向的、交变的非正常拉伸应力作用,是导致胶条疲劳断裂、脱出机外的根本原因。The technology and means of macro and micro inspection,fracture and mark analysis,were investigated in order to find out the cause of airproof rubber bar fracture and emersion in airplane.The results show that the fracture character of the airproof rubber bar is fatigue fracture.There is a cargo tighten strip block in the front down comer of the airplane hold port when it is closed,and a clearance is existed in the below board of the hold port.On the fly,the airproof rubber bar get a stress processed by the compressive different between the inner and outer of the cabin.This is the main cause of the airproof rubber bar fracture and emersion from the airplane hold port.
