摘　　要：目的以153Sm标记的抗CEA单克隆抗体对荷人结肠癌移植瘤裸鼠进行肿瘤定位显像的研究。为结肠癌早期诊断提供一种新方法,并为其临床应用提供实验依据。方法每只荷瘤裸鼠从尾静脉注射7.4 MBq/0.1 ml于注射后2、4、82、4 h行全身SPECT显像。于4、82、4 h分批处死裸鼠并测定分别在肿瘤、血液、心脏、肺等重要脏器单位重量的放射性比值(%ID/g).结果153Sm-CEA能够选择性地积聚于肿瘤组织,其摄取率高于153Sm-IgG,(P<0.05)。结论153Sm-AFP在荷人结肠癌裸鼠体内,对过度表达CEA的结肠癌具有集合力。为临床上结肠癌的诊断提供实验依据。Objective To study radioimmunoimaging of 153 Sm labeled anti-CEA monoclonal antibody and normal mice IgG in mude mice bearing human colon carcinoma and provide the basis for clinical use.Methods 7.4MBg/0.1ml labeled antibody were injected into the tail vein in each respectively.SPECT were measured after 2、4、8、24 h interval of injection.Percent injected dosage of every gram tissue(%ID/g)were measured after 4、8、24 h interval to death.Results 153Sm-CEA can selective concentrate in tumor tissue,which the rate of ingestion was higher than 153 Sm-IgG(P<0.05).Conclusion 153Sm-CEA had affinity to colon carcinoma which over expressed CEA in nude bearing human colon carcinoma.153S m-CEA is prospective to be use as the direct Carrier of colon Carcinoma diagnosis.
