摘　　要：基于短消息的远程监控系统可以在很多领域发挥作用。本文详细阐述了基于短消息的远程监控系统的总体设计方案,主控装置硬件电路设计,以及用户手机、短消息收发模块、主控装置及PC机之间的软件通讯协议。实际使用效果达到了预期目标。The long- distance monitoring and controlling system can be applied in many fields. This paper discussed the whole design scheme of this system, hardware design of the main controller, and software communication protocols among user mobile telephone, the module for shot messaging service, main controller, and Personal computer. It is proved good by practical use.
