摘　　要：文章提出了大型钢坯轧制存在的问题,并依据高轧件变形的特点,从钢坯孔型设计原理出发,结合轧钢机、剪断机的能力参数,有针对性地编排轧制工艺规程,采用合理的工艺制度,从而达到稳定质量,满足生产需求的目的。Problems in rolling large-scale bloom is pointed out. According to characteristics of deformation of the rolled piece, based on the design principle of the rolling pass and with the capacity parameters of the rolling and cutting machines, a reasonable rolling processing system is worked out, meeting the requirements of stable quality and production.
