国产氧氟沙星眼水治疗外眼感染性疾病的临床观察

摘　　要：本文通过对90例外眼感染性疾病的临床观察,细菌学检查发现感染菌种以表皮葡萄球菌为首,占43.3％,依次为金黄色葡萄球菌,占31.1％,腐生葡萄球菌5.6％,卡他双球菌3.3％,摩拉氏菌2.2％。用国产0.3％氧氟沙星眼水治疗后,细菌学检查阴转达98.9％。我们认为本制剂具较强的杀菌力。Ninety patients with extraocular infection were observed. After bacteriological examination on all of the patients, we found that staphylococcus epidermidis was the main pathogen and accounted for 43. 3%. Next to it were staphylococcus aureus (31. 1%) , saprophytic staphylococcus was (5. 6%) , diplococcus catarrhus (3. 3%) and moraxella sp. (2. 2%).
