摘　　要：欧盟食品科学委员会已严令限制食品罐内涂料中的酚醛清漆甘油醚(简写NOGE)及其衍生物的使用。在对NOGE结构和性质介绍的基础上,对NOGE及其衍生物提取方法、提取过程中可能出现的损失原因和检测方法进行了阐述,旨在为我国相关工作人员尽快制定食品接触材料中NOGE及其衍生物迁移检测方法的检测标准提供参考。EU-SCF has strictly limited the usage of novolac glycidyl ether(NOGE) and its derivatives in coating of the food can.The extraction methods,reasons of lose during extraction,and determination of NOGE and its derivatives were introduced on the base of the description of their construction and property.The purpose was to provide reference for the related researchers to set up the standard on determination of NOGE and its derivatives in material which contact with foodstuffs.
