摘　　要：体育观形成的过程，就是人们不断认识自己，认识体育，认识体育和自身的关系，积极参与体育实践，认识、实践、再认识、再实践的过程。作为过程必然存在自身的规律性。本文从认识论的角度分析探讨了体育观形成过程中主体和客体、认识和实践、主观和客观的矛盾运动变化的规律，力图为社会成员建立科学体育观提供参考，从而使每一个社会成员把体育融入自我的生命之中，积极参加体育实践，更好地落实全民健身计划。The process of formation of sport outlook is such a process that we knowledge oneself and sports,the relation between sports and oneself,and to participate actively in sports practice,to knowledge,to practice,and to knowledge and prceticeonce again。As the process,it had oneself's the regularity.This article has analysed and explored the regular pattern of the contradietion movenment about the subject and the object,the knowledge and the practice,the subjective and the objective in the procces of sports outl...
