摘 要:实验测定了Ni-Cr-Ti型变形合金正常热处理和650,700和750℃长期时效至2000 h的相结构和室温拉伸性能。未发现有任何TCP相析出,这与用相分计算预测的结果一致。仅发现γ'相和M_(23)C_6相数量缓慢增加,MC数量缓慢减少及750 ℃,700h左右少量η相的析出。测定了γ'长大动力学曲线,并通过理论计算给出任意温度下处理任何时间后的γ'颗粒尺寸公式。从而按本合金的强化机制,可估算出长期时效过程中合金强度变化趋势。这与实测的结果一致。St uctures and tensile properties at room temperature of a Ni-Cr-Ti type superalloy were studied after the normal heat treatment and long-term ageing at 650, 700 and 750℃ up to 2000h. No TCP phase was detected, which is consistent with predicted result by phacomp. It was only observed that the contents of γ' and M23C6 phases increased and the content of MC phase slowly decreased as well as a small amount of η phase precipitated after 700h aging at 750℃.
