含羟基环多胺金属配合体系切割DNA及其体外抗肿瘤活性研究

摘　　要：研究了 3 -羟基 -1 ,5 ,8-三氮杂环癸烷 ( L1 )和 3 ,1 3 -二羟基 -1 ,5 ,8,1 1 ,1 5 ,1 8-六氮杂二十元环胺 ( L2 )与Ni( ) ,Ca( ) ,Co( ) ,Cu( )离子在不同配比下与质粒 p BR3 2 2 DNA及肝癌细胞 BEL -740 2的相互作用情况 .发现 L1的单核体系和 L 2的双核体系能有效地将超螺旋 DNA同时切割得到切口开环型和线型 DNA,并对 BEL-740The interaction between plasmid DNA (pBR322 DNA) and Ni(Ⅱ), Ca(Ⅱ), Co(Ⅱ), Cu(Ⅱ) coordination systems of 3 hydroxyl 1,5,8 triaazacyclic amine (L1) and 3,13 dihydroxyl 1,5,8,11,15,18 hexaazacyclic amine (L2) with several molar ratios were investigated by agarose gel electrophoresis.
