摘　　要：我国的交通工程建设虽然有了一定的发展，但与整个国民经济的发展相比，仍然严重滞后，要想改变这种现象，就必须扩大对交通工程的投资，采取先进的融资方式是至关重要的。Although the communications engineering construction in our county had been developed,it is also lag conparing with developmdnt of ghe whole national economy.To change the phenomena,the investment must be expanded to the communications project and advanced scientific financing meathod should thd adopted.
