摘　　要：对传统的后蹬型短跑技术与现代短跑技术的比较与分析，找出传统的短跑技术专门练习不适合现代短跑技术教学的原因，并提出改进现代短跑技术专门练习的方法。Based on the comparison between the traditional leg drive sprint technic and the modern one,the reason why traditional specific traning method is not suitable for teaching the modern sprint tcchnic has been analyzed and the requirements ofspecific training for obtaining modern sprint technic has been proposed.
