企业知识吸收能力影响因素的实证研究

摘　　要：企业知识吸收能力成为企业不断识别市场机遇,并快速利用外部新知识实现创新,保持和提高竞争优势的关键因素。企业知识吸收能力受诸多因素的影响,为了识别我国企业知识吸收能力的主要影响因素,通过理论分析提出了相关的理论假设,并运用调查问卷和结构方程模型方法对我国企业知识吸收能力的影响因素进行了实证研究,结果表明,企业内部人力资本水平、企业的先验知识、企业内部组织管理因素、企业R&D活动水平及企业的外部社会资本等五个因素对我国企业知识吸收能力具有重要的影响作用,而企业吸收知识的意愿对我国企业知识吸收能力的影响作用并不显著。Nowadays,absorptive capacity has become the key factor for enterprises to distinguish market chance,keep continuous innovation by using external knowledge and obtain and improve competitive advantage.Absorptive capacity is influenced by many factors.In order to identify the main influencing factors of china's enterprise,proposed the theoretical hypothesis by theoretical analysis,used structural equation model and questionnaire to take empirical study on the influencing factors of china's enterprise.The stud...
