制约北洋政府时期公司发展的外部因素探析

摘　　要：北洋政府时期,中国的民族资本主义获得了较快发展。但是由于当时国内局势的不稳定,这一时期民族资本主义的发展受到外部条件的多方制约,这些制约因素为:首先,战争大大破坏正常交通,对公司的正常运营十分不利。其次,近代金融机构的盘剥,企业的资金筹集十分困难。资金的缺乏,制约着近代公司的发展。再次,从晚清沿袭而来的厘金制度阻碍着商品的正常流通,对国内市场的成长极为不利。第四,外资企业利用其在技术、资金等方面的优势,压迫、排挤民族企业。中国近代的民族企业正是在这样艰难的条件下,一步步地发展、壮大,为中华民族近代经济的繁荣做出了自己特有的贡献。During the control of Bei Yang Government,the national capitalism of china got development very fast.But because of domestic situation at that time,the modern company's development was restricted by several external factors which is listed as follows: Firstly,the war strongly destroyed the normal traffic,which was very disadvantages to normal running of the company.Secondly,the usury of modern financial institution made it very difficult for the enterprises to raise fund.The shortage of fund restricted the ...
