摘　　要：基于酶联免疫吸附原理的酶标仪敏感度高、特异性强、操作简便,因而在各种生化、临床实验室及生物检测等领域得到迅速推广,使用正越来越广泛。然而,目前多种酶标仪软件虽然在仪器控制与数据采集方面有着良好表现,但在数据处理方面难以满足使用的具体要求。本文以目前使用广泛的Thermo Labsystems公司的MULTISKAN MK3酶标仪为例,利用Lab-VIEW语言开发出了一款适合多种酶标仪的数据处理软件,测试结果良好。The enzyme- labeled instrument based on ELISA becomes more and more popular in the fields of kinds of biochemical and clinical labs and biological test because of its high sensitivity, strong specificity and simply operation.
