摘　　要：历史上出现的任何事物都有其特定的社会条件,欧美现代企业制度是西方特定历史条件的产物。分析现代企业制度产生的条件,有利于为我国建立现代企业制度提供一些借鉴意义。Anything presented in history had its social conditions, as it was the European and American social conditions that caused their modern corporate system to appear.This article analyzes the conditions with which modern corporate system must be equipped in order to give some advices on our corporation.
