摘　　要：公诉证明标准是刑事诉讼证明标准的重要组成部分。使用公诉证明标准的概念比使用"起诉标准"、"起诉的证明标准"、"公诉的证据标准"等概念更为科学;两大法系的主要法治国家都对公诉证明标准作了具体而严格的规定;在我国,公诉证明标准与有罪判决的证明标准基本一致,因此产生了观点不同的学说;应当通过评介和借鉴,力求寻找适合我国实际情况的公诉证明标准。The appeal proof standard is an important constituent of the criminal prosecution proof standard.Applying the concept of "the appeal proof standard" is more scientific than applying the concept of "Prosecution standard","prosecution proof standard","appeal evidence standard" and so on.Main countries of the two legal systems have made specific and strict stipulations for the appeal proof standard;In China,The appeal proof standard is basically consistent with the guilt...
