摘　　要：可靠性强化试验技术正是一项新型的试验技术,通过引入加速试验条件,可以提高可靠性试验的费效比,在产品设计中,使用高加速寿命试验与高加速应力筛选技术,有助于设计出成熟的产品。文中对可靠性强化试验技术进行了简要的介绍,讨论了可靠性强化试验对于加强雷达质量控制的作用,并对如何深入开展可靠性强化试验的应用工作提出了建议。Highly accelerated life test(HALT) and highly accelerated stress screen(HASS) are two processes that could provide tools for quickly uncover problems in design and production phases of products.Reliability enhancement testing is an new testing technology that will improve the ratio of the cost and efficiency through the introduced accelerated testing condition.In this paper,the reliability enhancement testing technology is briefly introduced,and the role of reliability enhancement testing in the improvement...
