在复合移植恢复种植体周围骨缺损中钛膜的应用

摘　　要：[目的]研究应用钛膜在自体骨碎末与Bio-Oss混合骨恢复种植体周围骨缺损中的修复效果。[方法]对种植植入自体骨碎末与Bio-Oss混合骨9周后有无应用钛膜的骨缺损处进行比较。[结果]有钛膜组有结缔组织生长,平均骨缺损量1.9925 mm,无钛膜组平均骨缺损量1.5025 mm,说明有钛膜组骨缺损恢复量低于无钛膜组(P<0.05),并且有钛膜组少数出现软组织瓣裂开钛膜暴露现象。[结论]应用钛膜作为骨引导再生时应注意钛膜要有理想的可塑性,软组织瓣要有一定的厚度与韧性,以防止伤口裂开,钛膜暴露过早地取出影响骨缺损的恢复。[Objective]To study the effect of titanium membrane treated with the bone defects grafting the mixture of antogenous chip bone and Bio-Oss around implant.[Method]We compared the groups grafting the mixture of antogenous chip bone and Bio-Oss with titanium membrane or not after implanting 9 weeks.[Results]A fible connective tissue on the bone covered with titanium membrane.The average bone defect of covering with titanium membrane group is 1.9925 mm,and without titanium membrane group is 1.5025 mm.The effect...
