摘  要:1Cr18Ni9Ti钢轧制时经常出现表面裂纹。本文通过对轧钢均热炉加热情况、冶炼时Cr/Ni比控制情况以及钢组织与热加工性能之间的关系等方面进行分析,采取控制Cr/Ni当量比小于1.25等措施,提高了轧制钢坯成材率。The surface cracks frequently emerged in the process of the rolling on the 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel.This article has analyzed the aspects of the heating status of the heating furnace,and the control situation of the Cr/Ni proportion during melting as well as the relationship between the steel organization and the heat treatment property,etc,meanwhile by adopting the measures such as controlling Cr/Ni proportion less than 1.25,the qualified ratio of the rolled bloom has been improved.
