摘　　要：目的了解男性患者在接受躯体隐秘处操作时的心理感受,最大限度地重视和保护患者的隐私,提高患者的心理舒适度。方法采用便利取样的方法,选取北京地区2家三级医院、3家二级医院住院的男性患者108例,采用问卷调查法比较分析不同年龄段、不同学历、不同婚姻状况等方面的心理舒适度的差异。结果操作时不使用屏风遮挡、异性医护操作会引起患者心理不舒适。这种不适44岁以上患者高于45岁以上患者,二者之间具有显著性差异(p<0.05),不同学历和不同婚姻状况患者心理感受无明显差异(p>0.05)。结论从制度上和设施上使患者的隐私权得到最大限度的保护是临床护理工作中应该重点关注的问题。Object To investigate mental state of male patients while manipulating their privacy, emphasize and protect their privacy as well as improve the comfort rate to the most extend. Methods 108 cases of male patients in 2 premier hospitals and 3 subpremier hospitals of Beijing were investigated randomly.
