摘　　要：目的　探讨吻合器在直肠癌Hartmann术后二期吻合中的应用效果。方法　回顾性分析 2 6例因急性梗阻而行Hartmann手术的直肠癌病人在二期吻合中应用吻合器的效果 ,结合文献探讨常见并发症的预防措施及经验。结果　全组术中直肠和结肠吻合过程顺利。术后发生吻合口瘘 1例 ,吻合口狭窄 2例 ,伤口感染 2例 ,无手术死亡病例。结论　单吻合器技术在Hartmann术后二期吻合中的应用能免除复杂的盆腔解剖 ,降低手术风险 。Objective To investigate the role of stapling technique in intestinal reconstruction after Hartmann operation for rectal cancer.Methods The effectiveness of the staplers used in secondary colorectal anastomosis for 26 cases of rectal cancer after Hartmann operation due to acute intestinal obstruction was retrospectively analyzed.The prevention of common complications was reviewed.Results The colorectal anastomosis of all cases were successful during the operation.There were no postoperative deaths.Compli...
