摘　　要：目的探讨第四脑室肿瘤的显微手术治疗的效果及意义。方法通过对应用显微神经外科技术切除第四脑室肿瘤66例的分析,总结经验,得出结论。结果本组全部切除51例,大部分切除10例,部分切除5例,全切率77.3%;死亡2例,1例死于肺部感染,1例死于消化道大出血,死亡率3%。结论第四脑室肿瘤位于脑干背面,手术有一定的风险,首选应用显微神经外科技术切除肿瘤。Objective To discuss the curative effect of microsurgery treatment for tumor resection in fourth ventricle of brain. Methods To analyze 66 cases of fourth ventricle tumor patient being treatment with microsurgery method. Result 51 cases were completely resected,10 cases were mostly resected,5 cases were part resected, the rate of completely resect is 77.3%;2 cases died, one case were dead for pulmonary infection, one case were dead for hemorrhage of digestive tract, mortality is 3%.
