摘　　要：大肠癌根治切除术后仍有20～30%病例死于肝转移。为预防肝转移,肃清早已散落在门脉系膜的癌巢,在手术切除病灶后,在门静脉置入化疗管,术后七天持续滴入5-FU,预防肝转移效果满意,但治疗中有并发症,统计177例其中编入治疗组108例、69例对照组。并发症为内出血15例、肝功能损害19例、消化功能影响4例。治疗组108例无出现门脉高压、门脉炎等。治疗组、对照组均痊愈出院。There were 20～30% of colorectal cancer patients died of liver metastases after thesurgery. To prevent liver metastasis and clean up the metastases spread in the portal vein area, weconducted chemotherapy after the resection. We placted a tube in the portal vein to continuously drip5-Fu for seven days. This treatment effectively prevents live metastasis. But complication was causedduring the chemotherapy.
