黄连、黄芩对3种厌氧菌的体外抑菌活性研究

摘　　要：目的研究黄连、黄芩对牙龈紫质单胞菌、中间普氏菌、核梭杆菌厌氧菌的体外抑菌活性,为临床筛选中药治疗厌氧菌感染提供依据。方法将黄连、黄芩制成煎剂,采用美国临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)推荐的琼脂稀释法,测定此2种药物对3种细菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果黄连对中间普氏菌的MIC为1∶640;对牙龈紫质单胞菌、核梭杆菌的MIC为1∶320。黄芩对牙龈紫质单胞菌、中间普氏菌的MIC为1∶10;对核梭杆菌的MIC为1∶20。结论黄连、黄芩对上述3种试验菌株均具有不同程度的体外抑菌活性,其中黄连对中间普氏菌的抑菌活性最强,黄芩对3种细菌虽然也显示活性,但均较黄连弱。Objective To investigate the inhibitory activity in vitro of coptidis rhizoma, radix scutellariae on Porphyromonas gingivalis, Provotella intermedons, Fusobacterium nuleartum and provide evidence for drug susceptibility testing of the Chinese herbal. Methods The Chinese herbal was pureed, and adopted the methods of agar dilution recommended by NCCLS to investigate the MIC of Chinese herbal on the three different kinds of bacteria.
