摘　　要：随着我国依法治校工作的不断深入,高校越来越重视自制规章在依法治校中的重要作用,但是在高校自制规章建设中仍存在一些问题,使师生员工的权益不同程度受到侵害。我国高校自制规章存在的问题主要表现在制定和执行两个方面,因此,现阶段我国加强高校自制规章建设的重点是对高校自制规章制定和实施中存在的问题加以研究,剖析其产生的原因,并提出加强和完善高校自制规章建设的对策。With the continuing penetration of university government in accordance with the law in China,the universities are pay attention more and more to the important function of the regulations in the university government in accordance with the law,although there are certain problems in the regulation construction in the universities which encroached on the students and the faculties.The main problems in the university regulations are manifest in the two aspects:formulation and execution,in this case,to enhance t...
