摘　　要：基于ANSYS有限元软件和VB6.0开发了一套压力传感器计算机辅助设计软件。采用参数建模方法输入传感器的结构参数,自动完成建模、网格划分、加载以及求解,并保存节点坐标及相应的应力结果文件;输入敏感电阻的位置、阻值、条宽等参数,依据电阻变化与应力的关系,结合拉格朗日插值算法计算敏感电阻变化量;计算得到传感器的输出。同实测结果相比,满量程输出误差小于10%。CAD software for the pressure sensors was developed based on ANSYS finite element software and VB6.0.The parameter model method was applied to input the structure parameters of the sensor.The model construction,the grid division,the loading and the solution are automatically carried out.And the nodes coordinate file and corresponding stress result document are saved.Inputting the resistance position, resistance value,resistance width,the sensitive resistance change is calculated with the Lagrange interpolat...
