摘　　要：中小企业融资难问题已经成为制约我国中小企业发展的严重"瓶颈"之一。尽管国家采取了一系列措施,但并未从根本上缓解中小企业融资难问题。本文对中小企业融资难问题进行了经济学分析,并提出了解决我国中小企业融资难问题途径的政策建议。The problem of the small and medium-sized Chinese enterprises’ financing has become one of the most severe sources which prevent them from developing .Although the government has taken a series of actions ,it can’t solve the problem radically .This paper has analyzed the economical reasons which have caused the problem and how to solve the problem.
