摘　　要：本文从全面预算管理的环节——构建预算组织、确定预算目标、编制预算、执行预算、考评预算,分析了江西省大中型企业实施全面预算管理存在的主要问题,并提出了相关解决措施。From several main links——constructing the budget organization, determining budget goal, compiling budgets, executing budgets, examining budgets, this paper analyzes the primal problems of Jiangxi Big-medium Enterprises implementing the overall budget management. At last this paper puts forward the relevant resolving measures to implement the overall budget management effectively in Jiangxi big-medium enterprises.
