摘　　要：地方工科院校的持续发展,必须以科学发展观来统领,坚持走转变观念,科学定位,注重内涵,凝聚特色,深化改革,提高质量,加大科技创新和对地方经济发展贡献之路。The continuous development of local universities of engineering should be guided with the concept of scientific development,stick to transform their ideas,orient scientifically,pay attention to connotation,form its own characteristics,deepen the reform,improve quality,and stimulate scientific creation to contribute to the development of local economy.
