摘　　要：薛福成认为,晚清中国陷入了强邻环伺的地缘危机,俄国和日本是中国主要的地缘威胁,中国应当采取多管齐下的地缘对策,即保藩固圉、防俄防日、自强御辱。薛福成的这种地缘政治思想在总体上是微观的,但有着宏观的因子;其中的地缘对策并没有取得预期的效应,主要原因则在于晚清中国面临的地缘政治困境和清政府的自强无方。Xue Fu-cheng thought that China in late Qing Dynasty was trapped in a geo-crisis in which it had been the quarry of its powerful neighbors,that Russia and Japan were the two main threats to China,and that China should take multiple measures to deal with these situations.Xue suggested the measures as follows : to protect China s tributaries to consolidate China s own frontiers,to be cautious of Russia and Japan,and to strengthen China itself to fend off indignity imposed by the Powers.Xue Fu-cheng s geopolit...
